POSITION SUMMARY The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans in a home care environment. The PT provides therapy services defined in treatment plans while working cooperatively with physicians and case managers. The PT performs a variety of tasks and is encouraged to use a certain degree of creativity and latitude. POTENTIAL COVERAGE AREAS Cuero, Victoria and more. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of a Baccalaureate, Master's or Doctorate program in Physical Therapy accredited by a Physical Therapy accreditation body. Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist within the state of employment. Two (2) years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills and organization. Possess and maintain valid CPR certification obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. Access to reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
