Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and diseases. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Prescribe medications and therapies as needed. Perform medical procedures and surgeries within scope of practice. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback. Patient Management: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care. Address patient concerns and provide emotional support. Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
