We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to job share 16 – 24 hours per week in our Residential Aged Care team. This is your opportunity to use your expertise to empower residents to live their best lives while being part of a supportive and values-driven organization. About You: As a Physiotherapist , you will play a vital role in improving residents' mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. Collaborating closely with care staff, residents, and other health professionals, you will deliver physiotherapy programs tailored to individual needs. You'll also contribute to manual handling initiatives and training for staff, ensuring safe practices across the board. Key Responsibilities: Provide physiotherapy services in consultation with residents and care teams. Develop and maintain personalized care plans based on assessments. Participate in case conferences and maintain physiotherapy equipment. Lead manual handling training and promote safe practices. Stay up to date with trends in aged care physiotherapy through continuous professional development. What You’ll Bring: Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist. Minimum two years of experience in physiotherapy (aged care experience preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A commitment to quality care and continuous improvement. Willingness to uphold and model the values of Churches of Christ. Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain). Why Join Us?
