We currently have Full-Time ongoing and Full-Time Temporary Grade 2 Physiotherapist opportunities available within the RAH (Rapid Allied Health) team at Western Health. These roles provide physiotherapy assessment and management in patients’ homes or via Telehealth to support safe discharge and prevent hospitalisation. The caseload is varied and can be tailored towards your area of clinical interest. We are seeking applicants who are committed to working alongside a supportive and dynamic team to provide the best patient care to the Western Health community. To be successful in this role, you will: Be a qualified Physiotherapist with current/eligible AHPRA registration Have completed a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in relevant acute, subacute and/or community setting Possess excellent communication and time management skills Be a team player who enjoys working both alongside other clinicians and autonomously in patients’ homes Have a passion to deliver the best care to patients in their own homes Have a current Victorian Driver's Licence Applications close at 11:59pm on 21 January 2025.
