Physiotherapist (Hervey Bay and Maryborough) An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Physiotherapists to join the Physiotherapy Team at the Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities. Your opportunity: The purpose of the position is to deliver routine physiotherapy clinical services to inpatients & outpatients within the Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay and Maryborough). The position also contributes to service development, education and research in the department. The physiotherapist reports to the Director of Physiotherapy through to the Director of Allied Health Services Fraser Coast. Two Temporary Full Time Positions (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension and Several Casual Positions available. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051- $116,189 p.a. (f/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) or salary between $49.84 - $73.25 p.h. (casual), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (HP3).
