About the Role True Balance has a position becoming available due to maternity leave (commencing April/May 2025). This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with an option for a permanent ongoing role.True Balance Physio is looking for a physiotherapist who is ready to embrace learning, mentoring, and meaningful patient care. The practice values core values over years of experience.The ideal candidate would be open to a mixed caseload; however, the practice can support you to also build a caseload tailored to your individual skills and passion.Requirements: You’re a proactive learner with a heart for genuine patient care. You’re great with people and have the communication skills to match. Experience in private practice is a plus, but the practice cares more about your commitment to growth and your personal values. Training in Women’s Pelvic Health and Pilates would be an added bonus; however, if you have an interest in developing your skills, the practice will provide all the support you need to thrive in this area. Full AHPRA registration. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eligibility to work in Australia.
