Leap Health are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist (Experienced and New Graduates encouraged to apply) to join their team across their various locations. They are looking for a full-time Physiotherapist, but happy to negotiate hours for the right candidate to ensure they have a great work/life balance that suits them. You will be exposed to a varied private practice caseload which may include sports injuries, elite athletes, NDIS clients, DVA clients, home care package clients & Work cover clients. Professional development is encouraged and supported both in-house and externally. Leap Health offers a $1000 professional development scholarship for full-time employees. They offer a flexible work roster, and all notes, programming, reports, and meetings are included in work hours. With a group of 30+ clinical staff, we offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, and Dietetics services. Your role: Provision of evidence-based physiotherapy services to a predominantly musculoskeletal private caseload. Opportunities to work with specific client groups (e.g., NDIS, aged care, work cover, home visits). Opportunities to work with elite level athletes and sports teams (Leap Health are affiliated with The Tasmanian Jack Jumpers, Hockey Tasmania, Cricket Tasmania, and numerous other sporting clubs). We will tailor the role to suit your areas of clinical interest. Structured mentoring available for new graduates. Leap Health vehicle provided for Home Care visits if applicable. Skills we are seeking: Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation. Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Current full AHPRA registration (or working towards). CPR & First Aid certificate.
