An exciting opportunity exists to join the Blue Mountains Hospital Physiotherapy team in a Temporary Part time role until August 2025. This position will provide cover where required across the acute wards and inpatient rehabilitation unit at BMDAMH. This role is responsible for ensuring the provision of the highest quality Physiotherapy services to patients of NBMLHD. Your role will consist of maintaining timely and accurate medical records to satisfy medico-legal requirements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of patient discharge summaries, patient transfer summaries and patient handovers, ensuring patient follow up for non-attendance occurs in a timely manner, and ensuring timely and accurate entry of caseload statistics on the Cerner Allied Health system.
