We are seeking a skilled Piling Supervisor to oversee piling activities for major civil construction projects in the Townsville & wider region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stability, competitive remuneration, and the chance to work with a leading contractor. Although with the company's head office in Townsville, most projects are out of town. About the Client Join a reputable civil contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Queensland. This company is known for its commitment to excellence, safety, and employee development. Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise piling crews, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Plan and coordinate piling activities to meet project schedules and specifications. Oversee the installation of bored, driven, and sheet piling systems. Monitor quality and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, plans, and safety standards. Manage equipment and resources effectively to optimise productivity. Provide daily reports and updates to the Project Manager. Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations. Skills & Experience : Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor or similar role within the civil construction industry. Strong understanding of piling techniques, equipment, and methodologies. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or equivalent (preferred). What We Offer : FIFO arrangement for non-local candidates.
