Job Opportunity: Experienced Piping Design Engineer (Hybrid - Krakow, Poland) We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Design Engineer to join a dynamic project focused on designing piping systems for oil and gas installations. This role involves 3D modeling, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality designs using SmartPlant 3D. Key Responsibilities: Perform 3D modeling of piping systems in SmartPlant 3D. Prepare pipeline studies, drawings, isometrics, and layouts using SmartSketch and SmartPlant modules. Generate Material Take Offs (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Prepare load transfers for the Civil and Structural disciplines. Review and comment on supplier documentation. Participate in model reviews and collaborate with mechanical, construction, and process disciplines. Estimate and control man-hours for assigned tasks. Report progress and changes to the Lead Engineer. Requirements: 10 years of experience as a Piping Designer. Proficiency in SmartPlant 3D, SmartSketch, and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of piping documentation, including P&ID, isometric drawings, and equipment layouts. Fluent in English and Polish. Willingness to work onsite during the introduction period (1–3 months).
