Planned Maintenance Engineer & Customer Support Role Tiller Technical is a company that supports Australasia for Helm Operations in technical management projects specializing in operational efficiencies and maintenance systems. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Planned Maintenance Engineer. The PMS engineer will be responsible for managing the setup and maintenance of Helm Connect for the country's largest fleets and many smaller ones, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience in marine engineering or working on deck at sea. Engineering experience preferred.
