Planned Preventative Maintenance Plumber PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED (PERTH METRO AREA) Ace Plus is a leading provider of integrated asset management, maintenance, and construction services in Western Australia. What we offer: $100,000 – $140,000 annual package Generous on-call incentive (1 in 16 weeks) Optional regional work for additional $$ Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Full-time permanent role on our long-term contracts Company funded training and development What you'll be doing as our PPM Plumber: In this role, you will conduct planned preventative maintenance activities on our client’s local commercial buildings across the Perth metro area, including: Government infrastructure Commercial properties Hotels Aged care buildings Stadiums What you'll bring to our team: Previous commercial PPM plumbing experience Previous experience using IT systems to test and update assets including completing checklists, reports and attaching photos (Simpro advantageous) WA Driver’s Licence White Card How to apply: Click ‘Quick Apply’ or call 08 9272 1488 for more information.
