The Position Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly organised Planner to join our dynamic team in Perth, WA. As a Planner, you will play a vital role in implementing and overseeing project schedules across the Australian business, both pre and post contract. Key Duties Provide Earned value analysis of projects and make recommendations. Develop tender schedules, project baseline schedules and project reports. Review project schedules during execution for mitigation of risk and maximising opportunity. Maintain schedule and perform Delay Analysis and EOT claims. Consult with project managers and technical experts to establish assignments, tasks, and subtasks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Identify potential delays in project schedules and facilitate timely interventions. Evaluate project performance and generate progress reports. Accommodate updates and modifications to project schedules. Recommend actions to ensure projects remain within budget and are completed on time. Keep stakeholders well-informed about project timelines and deadlines. Document project scheduling processes and maintain accurate records. About You Minimum 5 years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry. Bachelor's Degree in project management or a related field preferred. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project. Extensive experience in schedule planning and management. Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and effectively intervene when necessary. Strong aptitude for keeping stakeholders informed about project timelines and any changes. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
