Amazing Opportunity - Planning Construction Manager / Project Controls Manager – India Are you an experienced Project Controls professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Titus People Advisory, in partnership with Victson Projects India, is seeking a Planning Construction Manager / Project Controls Manager to join a high-profile Greenfield Petrochemical Facility project in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. The Role As the Planning Construction Manager / Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the project controls team, ensuring the successful delivery of a US$700M EPC contract. You will develop and implement project controls strategies, oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the project controls team. Develop and implement project controls execution strategies. Establish and manage the project master schedule, budget, and cost control processes. Oversee risk management, document control, and change control procedures. Monitor and analyse project progress, cost, and risk. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role leading teams. Strong expertise in high-value EPC/EPCM contracts. Preferably, a background in Greenfield Petrochemical or Refinery projects. International project experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Control. Fluency in English (written and spoken). What We Offer: Contract Duration: 18 months. Package: US$12,000 – $15,000 (Net) per month. Benefits: Accommodation & local transportation. Mobilisation & demobilisation flights. One return flight per year. 20 days paid leave, 6 days sick leave, 13 public holidays. Private medical insurance. Working Hours: 9 hours per day, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime & weekends as required).
