In this permanent, full-time position, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the City of Bunbury while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. About the Role: As a Planning and Building Administration Officer, you will be at the heart of our Planning & Building Team, providing administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day processes. You'll help maintain high standards of customer service and communications, enabling our team to meet statutory requirements and deadlines. Your Key Responsibilities: Preparing, coordinating, and processing documentation related to building surveying and town planning Managing correspondence and tracking building and planning applications in line with statutory obligations Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all transactions Offering clerical, administrative, and technical support across the department Conducting research and contributing to project assistance What We Offer You: This is a full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week) with a competitive salary of $82,260 per annum, plus superannuation.
