The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled administrator to join our high-performing plant maintenance team in Orange. This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in meeting monthly financial deadlines, monitoring incoming correspondence, and providing additional administrative support as required—all while maintaining the standards set by the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme. Key Responsibilities Creation and accurate entry of work order information Database maintenance and electronic filing Invoice processing, ensuring correct allocation of costs and payments Prompt and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy in all tasks, even in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable working across multiple computer systems Demonstrated ability to effectively manage workload and multitask Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) Experience with Technology One is highly regarded but not essential.
