You are a specialist Pega engineer with a passion for Marketing Decision We are a team of big thinkers who are engineering the future of banking Together we can build state-of-the-art data solutions that power seamless experiences for millions of customers Do work that matters The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for driving an uplift in the Consumer Data and Analytics capability across the Retail Bank. The area comprises several functions to support the goals of Group priorities within Data and Analytics. We’re interested in hearing from people who Are confident establishing Decisioning frameworks in support of and meeting business strategies, facilitating workshops whilst sharing best practices Are constantly ensuring alignment between business requirements, product capabilities, leads proposition, logic design, and development activities Pride themselves on the knowledge-sharing process of technical SMEs for Customer Decisioning centralized assets Are knowledgeable of the end-to-end processes that create value for the customer and profits for the bank Are constantly supporting various stakeholders within the Marketing and Decisioning Framework Pride themselves on mentoring, coaching, and training support teams on technical problem identification and resolution Are constantly implementing enhancements where possible to the engine and support future initiatives Work closely with Enterprise Services (IT) Architects and Solution Designers to ensure adherence and integration into enterprise designs and frameworks Solid hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real-Time Decisioning Tech Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team: Certified and trained Pega Senior System Architect recommended Pega PRPC framework, Pega Case Management 8.x+ or Decisioning & Marketing Pega RESTful Services and consuming RESTful services as clients Pega cloud application performance tuning SQL coding Data modelling techniques, semantic data layer, campaign management process SDLC Teradata, Microsoft, IBM or Oracle certification Working with us Whether you’re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.
