About the job: Determining project requirements and developing project framework and roadmap for the team Working closely with technical/platform team and senior stakeholders on daily operations and process improvement Mapping out and managing switchover approach and implementation with a focus on data mapping, process flow, and transition Building platform management, design, and technical modification by selecting the appropriate tools and framework, product, or platform deployment Providing technical direction, identifying technical risks with the team, and developing contingency plans Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions for the technology project team Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting client standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
