Supportive team culture Regular toolbox meetings, team events, and incentives 1:1 training and ongoing training with career development within the business THIS ROLE: As the Plumbing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of the company by assisting in day-to-day operations and contributing to business development initiatives. This role involves managing job scheduling, providing technical advice, and ensuring efficient workflows to meet client needs. We offer a competitive annual salary that is above award, which is negotiated and relevant to your qualifications and experience. Minimum Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite). Strong organizational and system management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in information handling. Proven experience in plumbing operations management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment. Leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to achieve goals. Commitment to workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment. Proactive and results-oriented approach to development, identifying growth opportunities. Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
