In addition to the wealth of experience and knowledge within our teams, we are a registered member of the Master Plumbers Association. Some of our key service areas include: Domestic / Commercial Plumbing maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic, qualified Plumbing Sales & Service Manager to join our team. You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent technical skills, great communication, and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role. You will be joining a fast-paced team environment in a Leadership position that includes a variety of responsibilities. The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes: Ensure all site staff are enabled to provide an “Incomparable Experience“ to all customers. Lead and inspire all staff to create a positive team-based culture that is results-focused and driven towards success. Ensure Service technicians are: Being developed into high-performing tradespeople. Focused on job quality and consistency. Receiving open, honest, and regular feedback about their performance. Identify and act on training needs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability. Proactively follow up and seek leads from various sources for new client acquisition. Provide timely quotations to existing and new customers, converting opportunities into jobs. Monitor budgets and costs on service jobs. Monitor and provide estimates on plumbing jobs. Ensure that all executed jobs align with the mission statement, vision, and values. Participate actively in weekly management meetings and execute tactical and operational plans assigned. Clearly communicate service department goals and KPIs to relevant staff. To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes: Outstanding plumbing skills and job/product knowledge. Minimum of 10 years plumbing industry experience. Previous experience as a service manager (trade business preferred). Completed certificate 4 including “backflow & TMV courses.” Clear criminal history (in line with specific customer requirements). Drivers licence - C class or above. Proven ability to be organised and complete tasks on time. Enjoy providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills (by email and phone). Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly. Be able to manage multiple jobs at the same time. Competent using all mainstream IT operating systems, including cloud-based software systems (training will be provided for our specific operating systems). Have a warm and friendly personality.
