About the role The Policy and Compliance Officer will be an active contributor to the strong governance culture in operation at the College. If you have experience in the following, we welcome your application: Writing and reviewing policies Interpreting legislative requirements to apply to policy and compliance Streamlining processes through continuous improvement Explaining complex matters in easy-to-understand language Work, Health and Safety principles About you Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship Be residing in and have entitlements to work in South Australia Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills Able to foster, build and maintain positive work relationships through collaboration and respect Able to complete variable workloads to a high standard while meeting deadlines Hold a current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Have suitable qualifications, training and skills to match the role How to apply Applications are invited from committed Christians who are active in church fellowship and are suitably qualified to fulfill this position.
