The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a Porter to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. The Porter role is key to ensuring a personalised experience throughout their stay. We are looking for Porters who can provide exceptional service, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the highest standards. Welcome guests on arrival and assist throughout their stay. Manage luggage to and from rooms. Guide guests to their rooms, explaining amenities. Build rapport and resolve guest concerns courteously. Conduct valet services and secure room and vehicle keys. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the lobby and entrance areas. Assist with guest requests, such as calling taxis or providing directions. Work closely with the front desk and concierge to enhance the guest experience. More About You Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Experience as a Porter or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment. Ability to lift and carry luggage within OH&S guidelines. Knowledge of Visiononline systems advantageous. Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license - C & B class. H endorsement license or willing to obtain.
