Your new role We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Portfolio Assurance Manager within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Transformation and Strategy Business Unit, the Portfolio Assurance Manager is responsible for: Leading, promoting and ensuring the continuous improvement of quality and assurance reviews, frameworks and standards for programs and projects across HSS. Managing and coordinating the stage gate process across the program and project lifecycle to ensure effective setup, mobilisation and closure for all initiatives. Performing quality assurance reviews of key artefacts including, Business Cases, Program and Project Initiation Documents, Change Requests, Status Reports and Closeout Reports. Supporting the Director, EPMO to lead program and project management frameworks, and mentoring the EPMO team on matters related to assurance methods and practices. Planning and supporting the tracking and reporting on defined benefits, post-implementation, associated with the business cases of agreed programs, projects and/or initiatives. Ensuring all programs and projects adhere to WA Health and HSS’ Policies, Procedures and Standards.
