About the Role Gough Recruitment is exclusively partnering with Zupp Property Group to recruit a Portfolio Facilities Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable property group that values its employees and provides long-term career growth. As the Portfolio Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the presentation, day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, risk management, financial performance, and sustainability of a portfolio of assets. You will work closely with the Senior Project & Facilities Manager, property managers, and finance teams to ensure the highest standards of asset management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational management of the property portfolio to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. Develop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers, acting as a key “face” of Zupp Property Group. Manage external facilities managers and helpdesk teams. Conduct regular property inspections. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets. Support development and refurbishment projects where required. Implement and oversee procurement processes and preventative maintenance programs. Identify and mitigate risks within the portfolio. Assist in managing insurance claims and reinstatement works. Maintain and administer key operational systems such as BMS, WHS programs, and security controls. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar facilities management role. Trade and/or WHS qualifications highly regarded. A proactive, team-focused attitude with a strong customer service ethic. Strong financial literacy and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation. Proficiency in IT systems, including Office Suite, WHS programs, and BMS systems.
