The Company Our client is an ASX listed Real Estate Group that own and manage a national portfolio of high performing retail properties and shopping centres valued in the billions. CBD based, they invest heavily in people, process and systems, and are widely regarded as employers of choice. The Role Responsible for partnering with the Operational and Centre Management teams, you’ll provide financial reporting, management accounting and analysis for assigned operational spend categories across a Portfolio of Shopping Centres. Responsibilities Include Preparation of month end financial reporting related to spend categories across portfolio. Perform in depth portfolio level analysis on spend categories to drive efficiencies and optimisation of spend. Prepare meaningful variance analysis and commentary for monthly reporting. Business partner with Operational and Centre Management teams. Input budget data and update forecasts for spend categories accordingly. Assist with queries relating to financial reporting and analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
