With its convenient location, this affordable Melbourne Airport hotel is the ideal choice for visitors flying into Melbourne late at night or flying out early in the morning.Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative, friendly, and passionate team in a fast-paced environment across three hotels to scope new opportunities, build rapport with clients to convert business across multiple market segments, while offering excellent customer service and supporting the sales team. No day is the same and opportunities for career growth are immense with Accor.What You Will Be Doing Handling all administrative work to ensure the smooth running of the department. Proactively responding to sales enquiries through a variety of channels in a professional and timely manner. Preparing tailored client quotations and contracts, following up, and organizing site inspections with sales processes to effectively convert business opportunities. Building rapport and effective business relationships with a professional, friendly process. Developing strong internal departmental communications and relationships with Revenue, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, and hotel partnerships. Training and developing deep knowledge across the property portfolio. Managing enquiries in Accor systems and reporting processes. Working effectively in a team as well as independently. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have:A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in hotel accommodation, venues, or travel. Excellent friendly and professional customer service via phone and face-to-face to establish a strong rapport with clients. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal skills. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach while working effectively under pressure and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
