This division plays a crucial role in ensuring the success & integrity of projects & programs within the organisation. The division now has an opening for a Portfolio Reporting Manager. You will join a highly engaged team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of in the office & home. The Portfolio Reporting Manager is a hands-on role reporting to Head of Program Office. You will be responsible for managing, analysing & creating regional reporting on the performance of the regional strategic projects/ initiatives funded for both Australia & New Zealand. Top Role Accountabilities: Managing the monthly & quarterly STO portfolio reporting process for internal teams, committees & the Australian & New Zealand Boards. Managing & creating monthly data-driven reports on the portfolio health, financial performance, highlighting key risks & issues / impediments, & initiative (project) progress against the approved plan. Coordinating with internal business unit teams to analyse & collate the required data to create the single consolidated view of the change portfolio for the region. Managing the regional benefits management process including the tracking & reporting of benefits realisation. Developing & maintaining the portfolio roadmap, including initiative (project) timelines, key milestones, key dependencies & tracking of investment budget financials against the approved budget / capacity. Managing & creating the monthly regional portfolio governance committee reporting & paper submission including financial performance, collation of portfolio status reporting, portfolio risks, portfolio issues / impediments, tracking of submission status, distribution of reporting pack & taking Committee meeting minutes. Ensuring all initiatives are submitting monthly status reporting on time & of quality including initiative progress against the plan, key risks, issues / impediments, dependencies & financial tracking. Actively identifying opportunities to simplify & optimise reporting & implement best practices to enhance portfolio management reporting. Assisting in identification of portfolio risks & issues for early warning & escalation. Stakeholder engagement across the region, including preparing, presenting & running workshops to capture reporting requirements. Creating PowerBI dashboards as an enabler for the longer-term goal of self-service reporting.
