Job Description ELMO UAT Template is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Position 2 in the Human Resource department based in Brisbane. This Fixed Term position in the Mining, Oil & Gas industry offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Provide administrative support for HR activities such as onboarding, training, and performance management processes. Contribute to maintaining accurate employee records and databases. Support employee relations by addressing employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially. Requirements: Proven experience or education in Human Resources or a related field. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation. Proficient in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office suite.
