Required Qualifications Higher Education Degree (MA or PhD) or Industry Equivalence (Learning Technologist, Curriculum expert, Online Learning Developer, Research or Evaluation practitioner, Integrated learning for equity and access) Responsibilities: Support academic success initiatives for students. Develop and implement programs that enhance student learning and engagement. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and address student needs. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness. Provide guidance and resources to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
