About The Role This is a permanent full-time position, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services including repairs and maintenance. Be placed within the team to manage the post-completion phase, coordinating activities related to documentation, inspections, and final project details Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and customers to facilitate a seamless handover process Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations Oversee and participate in inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications Maintain meticulous records of post-completion activities, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility Address any post-completion issues promptly and effectively, working collaboratively to find viable solutions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to project closure Liaise with customers and trades over the phone regarding repairs; therefore, customer service is a large part of this role Liaise with trades and coordinate repairs ABOUT YOU Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry is highly desirable Exceptional organisational prowess, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining accuracy in documentation Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation and record-keeping Familiarity with construction regulations, compliance, and quality standards is advantageous A proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach.
