About the role: This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from needs analysis and design to seamless implementation, go-live, and ongoing support in a dynamic and large-scale Microsoft Power Platform environment. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee development, integration, and support of Power Platform applications within the SA Health ICT environment, ensuring security and compliance. Analyse complex business requirements and provide technical solutions, estimates, and accurate documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Lead technical planning, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications, ensuring high-quality delivery and post-go-live support. Build and maintain vendor partnerships, provide expert technical advice, and act as an escalation point for complex Power Platform issues. Mentor team members, ensure timely service delivery, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. Contribute to process improvement, compliance with relevant policies, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to enhance service quality. About You: We are looking for a candidate with: Expertise in managing and administering Power Platform environments, ensuring security, compliance, and performance optimisation. Extensive development experience that includes Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, analyse, and resolve complex ICT system issues efficiently using appropriate methodologies and documentation. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of providing excellent customer service and building effective relationships with diverse clients while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly, produce high-level reports, and present findings to a variety of stakeholders. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritise tasks, and make informed technical decisions with a strong focus on performance outcomes. Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer Certification is highly desirable.
