Joining our growing team as a Power Systems Engineer , you will leverage your experience to provide technical support to our Sales team, Customers and Partners in the successful adoption of our software and related technologies. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will make an impact as you play a vital role in ensuring our Customers have a positive experience with our products. This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Demonstrating, supporting and consulting on the use and implementation of our software Playing a hands-on role as you provide specialist technical support to Customers Supporting the sales team in demonstrating the capabilities, features and value of our offers Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Providing training and related workshops when required Focusing on mastery as you maintain technical knowledge of our software and related technologies Developing Customer-facing content and playing a proactive role in related sales and customer success material Continuously striving to improve Customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes Our ideal candidate will possess: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical disciplines coupled with proven experience in a similar role and organisation Proven project management capabilities and success in delivering similar Electrical projects Technical understanding of relevant projects (UPS, cooling, batteries, LV, MV, HV, circuit breakers, and Switchgear) Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and strong technical aptitude Intermediate IT skills, proficient in relevant PM tools and related software/digital tools Those with additional Postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably (Project Management etc.) All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
