Job Description

Job Description Detailed knowledge of programming and commissioning of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems Experience of testing and fault finding to component level Detailed knowledge of programming ladder logic from concept and also reverse engineering from existing programmes Proficiency in producing code which is backed up with clear notes and documentation Knowledge of generator control including synchronising and AVRs Know the sequence of jobs (on site and in the office) and pre-empt the need for information/client input Qualifications and Skills A formal engineering qualification (Bachelor’s Degree, Masters) – likely to be Electrical and possibly control based 4+ years’ experience with a contractor or Engineering consultancy Site experience including testing and commissioning Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. Able to work under pressure and self-manage priorities against multiple tasks in remote areas. High proficiency in M365 and SharePoint Full driving licence with site road experience Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Other Requirements The post may be required to undertake some shift work (early or late) Travel and staying away overnight Weekend work may be required occasionally Paid overtime, where appropriate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £35,000.00-£47,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexitime Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
