Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including international, overnight stays, attend tradeshows, corporate meetings, and training events. Valid Driver's License required. Relevant Laser License for designated territory. Position Summary The Practice Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of customer relationship, clinical training, management and consumable sales in the assigned territory. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing all account management activities related to the onboarding, and utilization of Cutera's key core devices, with high accountability for achieving territory utilization quotas and objectives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with innovative, best-in-class laser and body system technology with a variety of customers within the aesthetics industry.Duties & Responsibilities Build rapport with customers through onsite visits to provide product & clinical training, presentations and demonstrations to the customer on the application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques. Ongoing customer education regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Cutera products and how they fulfill the customer’s needs. Engage and drive accounts to grow existing business. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Achieve sales and utilization quota in the designated sales territory; drive the consumable sales business and increase the customer’s utilization. Work with the marketing team to implement strategies to customers through digital marketing, website, microsite development, internal and external branding, patient segmentation and sales tactics. Assist with staff onboarding and development training. Responsible for the support of regional workshops, open houses, lunches/dinners within the sales territory and for consumable devices only. Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting. Responsible for administrative tasks; updates in salesforce, business plans, weekly expenses, forecasting, weekly account penetration reports, etc. May participate on cross-functional teams and/or allocate necessary work to complete projects on time and in budget. Providing training, presentations, and demonstrations to the customer on the application and use of the company’s products. Pre-planning calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service. Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Qualified to operate laser and radio frequency equipment on live patients. (Para)medical experience or proven background as a beautician/skin therapist or similar is a must. Basic knowledge on human anatomy and skin anatomy in particular is a must. Experience working within an aesthetic clinic is an advantage. Excellent communicator; both written and orally. Excellent presentation skills a plus. Proven success in building rapport with customers; ability to effectively communicate and persuade audiences. High level of accountability, reliability, and follow-up. Must have a positive “can do” attitude, flexible with change and able to multi-task under pressure. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Consultative and supportive approach to nurture and support the customer needs. Experience working in the medical device industry a plus. Experience working in or with culturally diverse environments, particularly in Asia-Pacific markets. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, or Malay is highly desirable. Valid passport required. Valid driver's license may be an advantage but is not required. Additional Information Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based.Base Salary Range: AUD $80,000 - $90,000Income potential is uncapped in accordance with compensation plan.
