Practice Manager Crime – Senior Solicitor – Criminal Law Ongoing – Full Time Legal Officer Grade V (between $149,906 - $152,845 plus super & annual leave loading) Location – Dubbo About us Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We provide assistance in most areas of criminal law, family law, and everyday civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court, and offer family dispute resolution services. About the role Provide legal advice and representation to clients of Legal Aid NSW, including in more complex matters, in accordance with Legal Aid NSW policies and guidelines. Contribute to the implementation of Legal Aid NSW’s mission to deliver high-quality legal services and assist clients in resolving their legal problems. Supervise and lead junior legal staff in achieving this aim. About you The right person for this role will be an experienced Criminal Law solicitor who can maintain a busy practice while supervising and leading other solicitors across various circuit courts. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering excellent customer service and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the criminal law jurisdiction in NSW. Experience as a criminal law solicitor is required, and some management experience is preferred.
