We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Practice Manager for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce team. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (B2C) is an omnichannel solution that unifies everything from back-office operations to focused customer engagement. As the Practice Manager, you will drive change initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through the adoption of cutting-edge solutions. A key part of this role is championing our solutions both externally and internally, with a focus on sales and marketing strategies. You'll also oversee the effective management of our intellectual property, ensuring its value is maximised throughout its lifecycle. In addition, you will also act as a Senior Supplier and manage Project Steering Committees and establish client and business relationships. As a Senior Supplier, you will support project managers to deliver great projects including effectively identifying and managing the risks, issues, pre-requisites, dependencies, and changes in scope associated with projects, as well as appropriate mitigation strategies. This role demands strong internal marketing skills to build synergy with Fusion5’s established pillars, aligning with their sales and account management teams to unlock cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Key capabilities that will help you succeed in the role: 8-10 years in a leadership role with several direct reports 5-8 years minimum in a similar practice-building role Sound experience in Statements of Work and estimating delivery with Solution Architects and Senior Consultants Consulting experience and background Commercially sound/profitable practice development and management The ability to provide thought leadership to large enterprise/corporate clients A proven track record in driving marketing and sales initiatives, both internally and externally The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels Strong capability in managing intellectual property, including roadmaps for commercialization and maintenance Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and vision to a growing team of highly skilled professionals in a fast-changing environment A growth mindset with the ability to inspire the same in others.
