We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. About the Role As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the practice, supporting our team, and delivering outstanding patient care. This role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for creating a welcoming, well-organised environment for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Lead and support a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Manage patient experience, ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint. Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity. Handle team management, including rostering, performance support, and difficult conversations with professionalism and respect. Assist with optical dispensing and eyewear selection when required. Maintain a visually appealing and well-organised practice environment. What We’re Looking For Experience in optical dispensing is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing team dynamics.
