Medical experience is obviously a bonus, but this role is also a great career step for Store Managers in retail and any other people managementroles that fit the criteria below. 1 x Full Time Practice Manager (Monday to Friday) Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff You’ll be: Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday Previous medical experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries Prior business and people management experience essential Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen Understanding how to generate income and control costs Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including doctors, patients, and your practice team Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen How to apply: Apply now!
