Our ideal candidate is someone who ensures both staff and patients feel valued and happy. You'll help maintain our high standards of care while continuously striving for improvement, all with a smile.Our Clinic: Established Reputation: We are a female GP-owned, private billing clinic. Team Dynamics: Our clinic is bright, welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking. We take pride in our collaborative approach and high-quality healthcare delivery. Support System: You'll work with a great practice manager, five experienced receptionists, a fantastic bookkeeper, a first-class IT system, and two dedicated nurses. Technology: We use BP, Better Health, Automed, and Cubiko. Key Responsibilities: The role will report to the Practice Principal/Practice Manager: Deliver quality customer service to doctors, nurses, and patients Chronic Disease Management Maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional working environment Preparation of care plans and health assessments Assist in developing programs which will enhance patient care Immunisations Infection Control Assisting with minor procedures Assisting with iron infusions Stock control Robust management of recall and reminders Qualifications and Experience: Current Nurse (AHPRA) registration Previous experience in a similar role Experience with Best Practice Software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good time management Ability to work within a team and autonomously Professional, efficient, and passionate nurse Ability to multi-task including prioritisation of tasks as clinically appropriate Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
