Operations Manager – Lead & Grow a Thriving Specialist Practice Flexible Leadership Role | Supportive & Patient-Focused EnvironmentWhy Join Us? Competitive salary: $105K-$112K (pro rata), commensurate with relevant and demonstrated experience Flexible hours – ideal for parents of school-aged children or those seeking work-life balance Free on-site parking The opportunity to lead and grow an established specialist practice Work in a professional, supportive, and patient-focused environmentYour Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient practice Lead, support, and mentor the reception team and practice manager Drive efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient care Ensure smooth scheduling, billing, and patient experience Implement and monitor KPIs, with incentives for achieving business goals Work closely with the specialist doctor to grow the practice and enhance services Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Oversee facilities, IT, and operational improvements What We’re Looking For Experience in operations, management, or leadership (healthcare experience preferred but not essential) Strong people management skills – ability to lead and support a team Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with medical practice management (highly regarded but not essential) A passion for creating a warm and welcoming patient experience Who Would This Role Suit?
