Pre-Construction Manager (2911145) Noosa, Australia Your new company This bespoke D&C specialist is well regarded in the luxury residential space and has developed a strong, positive work environment in Noosa.Now is the time to join them at this exciting time of growth as their Pre-Construction Manager. Your new role A newly created position to join the management team and take on the pre-construction workload, from sales & tender coordination, to design management, to assisting with procurement. With good variety, you will assist the Estimator one day to liaising with prospective clients another. You will qualify prospective clients, build relationships and have an eye for detail, ensuring design constructibility. A smooth process from pre-construction to construction, fostering a collaborative environment between estimating, sales and project management. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similar capacity across estimating, and/or sales within the construction industry is essential, while luxury home experience would be well regarded.You will have a strong understanding of construction processes, including cost estimation, and design principles. Strong communication skills are essential, along with an ability to build strong relationships, and meet deadlines.
