About the role Commencing immediately, this role sees you working within a small group supporting our Pre-Pack team to maximise efficiency within the packing process. This role will see you become a pivotal part of the greater team and up to 20 team members will rely on you to support them. You will work closely with the Prepack Manager to develop and support your team to ensure efficiencies within the team. You will be required to move boxes of varying weights regularly, so a good level of physical fitness is required, and all PPE will be provided. You will be required to sort mushrooms according to size, scan and weigh mushrooms, operate machinery, and work in a cold room. We offer full training and support, and for the right candidates, the opportunity to progress your career and learn new skills. The potential candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends. We operate for 7 days per week and are offering 5 days continuous work. A Forklift Licence is preferred. Full training in a supportive environment is provided to all new candidates along with weekly pay. Skills and experience You must be physically capable of repetitive lifting. We are looking for people who are team players and are focused on maintaining a culture of safety for yourself and others. To be considered for the role, please ensure you can demonstrate the following: Able to work morning or afternoon and weekend shifts Reliable and honest Able to work at pace - accurately Able to operate a production line Able to work in a Cool Room (Between 8-12 degrees) Committed to getting to work on time Have a positive attitude Good understanding of workplace health & safety Supervisor experience (highly regarded) People Management Skills Solution Focused Your application will include the following questions: Do you own or have regular access to a car?
