This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of new franchise openings and play an integral part in the company’s growth journey.About the Role Our client is looking for a Pre-Sales Project Manager to guide franchise partners through the critical pre-sale phase, ensuring that they are fully supported and equipped to launch their franchise sites successfully. This role will be responsible for managing the time between securing and opening the site, including overseeing pre-sales, onboarding, CRM setups, and social media account management support. You will collaborate with franchise partners and external agencies to ensure a smooth transition, with clear communication and timely achievement of key milestones and targets.Skills & Expertise The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in a membership-based sales environment, with a particular focus on franchise support and pre-sales processes. Experience in sales and managing multiple sites is key. The ability to manage lead generation and marketing efforts, as well as working closely with agencies to meet key targets, will be pivotal to your success.
