As the Premium Customer Service Executive reporting to the Premium Guest Manager, you will have responsibility for promoting The Star Entertainments Sydney phone calls to enhance member involvement and boost engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service skills to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services. A few of your responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to existing members to provide updates on their membership status and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate details of ’what’s on’ including events and promotions. Address member inquiries and resolve concerns. Achieve and exceed monthly call targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. What are we looking for: Current special employee casino license. Proven experience in outbound communications or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders. Previous experience within a guest service-related field such as hotels or hospitality. Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
