Reporting to our Admin Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients have a remarkable building experience. Key tasks include: Supporting our clients throughout their building journey Prestart/colour consultations Approvals assistance A BIT ABOUT YOU As an Experienced Prestarter, you’ve worked in the construction industry. You’re looking for a chance to jump headfirst into a new challenge and get the support and recognition you deserve. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in client administration/pre-start consultation High level of organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under tight timeframes Ability to read and interpret building plans Strong customer service and communication skills Solid knowledge of the preconstruction and construction process Fast, efficient, and agile with a desire to continually improve business systems Ability to converse with stakeholders across various departments Fun, collaborative, team-player approach to working Enjoy a fast-paced working environment ABOUT THE TEAM Our reputation as a builder doing things differently has attracted the best of the best.
