To propel our continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing and Sales Administration Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Prepare sales reports on a regular and ad hoc basis for internal and external customers. Work with cross-functional divisions to manage the quarterly price change process, ensuring all administration is completed and internal and external customers have received appropriate communications. Keep the promotional calendar up to date and send it to the sales team on a monthly basis. Entry of promotional slotting into the ERP platform. Track and report on trade spend performance to ensure transparency and accountability. Coordinate administrative arrangements for internal events, demonstrations, and trade shows. Coordinate trade communications regarding major organizational announcements and changes. Assist with merchandise sourcing and coordination as directed. Qualifications: Tertiary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a pricing, accounting, finance, or sales administration role. Strong attention to detail, administration skills, and talent with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
