What you'll be doing As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients. Undertake reception screening. Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
