Principal Consultant- Identity & Security Looking for a Principal Consultant in our security practice, with deep experience in identity and access management to be a pivotal part of our professional services team. The Role Act as the lead consultant and engineer for technical client engagements in security, focused on IAM. Drive, deliver and oversee the architecture, assessments, and implementation of IAM solutions for our clients. Focus on protecting Microsoft/ Azure security environments, both consulting clients and hands-on in delivering effective identity & access management solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Work closely with clients to conduct workshops, communicate and present discoveries to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders (including C-Suite & Directors). Influence governance, processes, and documentation within the practice. The Ideal Candidate Based anywhere in Australia, ideally an Australian citizen with any level of AGSVA clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, PV, PVA). Significant consulting, architecture & delivery experience in Identity and Access Management & Security, particularly in a Microsoft cloud native environment. Top-level communication skills and high-end consulting experience, with the ability to understand business requirements and design effective solutions. Deep experience with the Microsoft Entra Suite:- AAD B2B (Entra ID)- Entra Privileged Access- Full tenant configuration and security. Experience in the following: Multifactor Authentication, SSPR and other user authentication methods. Conditional Access Policy. Privileged Identity Management / Privileged Access & Vulnerability Management. Web Application integration - OIDC, OAuth2, SAML. Identity Access governance, reviews solutions and lifecycle management. Azure Defender for Cloud – Sentinel (as code), MDCA, MS Defender. Data migration, synchronization and data profiling (source, storage, access rules and operations). Deep awareness of Security Frameworks for compliance: ISM, ISO, NIST, IRAP, CISM, etc. Agile and ITIL project experience. Microsoft Purview. What's in it for you?
