Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Consultant, Process Analyst to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division. The Principal Consultant, Process Analyst plays a vital role in the analysis and redesign of enterprise-wide business processes, accountable for engaging with stakeholders to plan, discover, redesign and improve enterprise-wide processes to support and enhance the customer experience. Within Digital Enabling Services (DES), the Principal Consultant, Process Analyst will be responsible for the review of processes with the aim of process improvement, whilst working closely with Solution/Process Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, UX designers, Engineers, and Testers to ensure that the processes are documented, built, and implemented in accordance with business expectations and in line with QUT and industry best practices. What you need to succeed Education, training and/or experience equivalent to a postgraduate qualification together with extensive knowledge and experience with business process principles and frameworks. Demonstrated experience in process analysis and process redesign, with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and peers to produce process maps and artefacts in accordance with industry best practice and to BPMN standard. Significant experience in requirements gathering with the demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and peers to rapidly elicit, analyse, document and prioritise requirements in line with business expectations. Demonstrated experience writing investment proposals and/or investment logic in alignment to organisation strategic objectives. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability engaging and communicating effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to write clear and precise user and technical specifications, presentations and reports.
