We're seeking a dynamic Principal Consultant to join our team, bringing a passion and technical expertise in talent development, assessment and the OD space. Reporting to Joint MD Brent Duffy, this role would see you leading the development of deep psychological insight that adds value for our clients - both at an individual and organisational level. Here's what you'll do: Design & Deliver Assessment, Talent & OD Solutions: Propose, design, deliver and oversee the execution of assessment solutions across the business designed to derive deep psychological insight for succession, recruitment and development. Strategic Value Creation for the Firm: Lead the development and continued improvement of our talent and assessment offerings to ensure they remain cutting edge and differentiated in market. Talent Development: Build capability across the team, mentoring existing assessment and insight talent across the team whilst lifting capability across the broader firm. Business Development & Insights Portfolio Revenue Growth: Oversee the assessment revenue stream across the business and actively build relationships that drive assessment, OD and talent solutions. About You: 7+ years’ experience in a similar role: Leadership, solution design and instructional design. Ability to embed culture and change: Culture formation, change navigation, talent, and succession management – blended learning principles. Project Management skills: Project/intervention design; project management (time, cost, and quality focus). Measurement capability: Organisational performance, performance management, ROI methodology. Leadership experience: You inspire those around you with your honesty, openness, and unwavering dedication. Client-centric: Obsessed with understanding client needs and outcomes, designing and delivering solutions that deliver tangible results. Ambitious and agile: You are energised when tackling complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Consulting skills: Problem solving, visualisation of information – commercially astute. MS Office: Including PowerPoint and Word, digital platforms well regarded. Relevant tertiary qualifications: Ideally in Psychology and/or Organisational Design. Why Maximus?
